MEDICARE
Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan from their GP are eligible for a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. A gap fee applies.

DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS
Current or former serving military personnel who hold a DVA Gold or White Card may be eligible for fully funded sessions. A valid referral from a GP, Psychiatrist or hospital is required.
Fee: The cost of a consultation is payable by DVA.
NDIS (PLAN-MANAGED OR SELF-MANAGED)
Psychology services can be accessed through NDIS funding for eligible participants with self-managed or plan-managed plans.
Fee: $232.99 per hour. As per NDIS Price Guide
PRIVATE (FULL FEE PAYING CLIENTS)
Clients are welcome to self-refer and access sessions without a referral.
Fee: $210
COUPLES AND FAMILY COUNSELLING
We offer sessions for couples and families to support relationship dynamics and communication.
Fee: $230
WORKCOVER (SIRA APPROVED)
We accept referrals under WorkCover NSW for clients with an accepted psychological injury. Approval from your insurer is required prior to your first appointment.
Fee: The cost of a consultation is payable by your Workers Compensation Insurer.
PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
If you have private health cover that includes psychology services, you may be eligible for a rebate depending on your insurer and level of cover. Please contact your provider for details.
Fee: $210. Full payment is made at the end of each appointment. Any rebate from your Health Fund will be subject to your eligibility and applicable fund cover.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
We offer services under select EAP providers. These sessions are often fully funded by your employer and can be accessed confidentially. Please check with your workplace or contact us to see if we’re affiliated with your EAP provider.
Fee: Covered by employer (subject to approval).
ASSESSMENTS
Assessment services and report writing are costed depending on the purpose and complexity of the assessment. Mind & Motion can provide a tailored quote upon request.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION
We also offer professional supervision for psychologists, provisional psychologists and other allied health professionals.
Primary Supervision
Fee: $200 per session
Secondary Supervision
Fee: $190 per session
Supervision for Registered Psychologists
Fee: $180 per session
Psychology Fees & Referral Pathways
At Mind & Motion, we offer a range of referral pathways to help make psychological support more accessible to our clients. Fees vary depending on the type of referral and support provided. All standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Please see below for an overview of the available options — and don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about eligibility or rebates.

Travel is charged at 50% of the hourly rate of the service provided. Travel is capped according to the NDIS travel guidelines, based on the appointment location.

Under the Support at Home program, there are no participant contributions required for clinical services. Fees will be coordinated directly with your package provider.

Occupational Therapy Fees & Referral Pathways
At Mind & Motion, we provide mobile, community-based Occupational Therapy services, supporting clients in their homes and everyday environments. We work across a range of referral and funding pathways, with fees varying depending on the type of service and funding arrangement.
As our OT services are delivered in the community, travel is charged in line with the relevant funding scheme or fee schedule. All fees and charges are discussed transparently prior to service delivery.
